Practising Alone: Juggling (Newbie Guide)

This guide will teach you how to juggle up to at least twenty.
1. Start by dropping the ball from your hands and kicking it back again without letting the ball drop to the floor. *Tip: remember to practise with both feet


2. Drop the ball from your hands and kick the ball twice with your right foot. Then repeat with your left foot. *Tip: Kick the ball where your foot connects to you leg


3. Keep practising like this until you feel comfortable to juggle the ball with no hands.


4. Try your hardest and don't give up! Keep practising and you will get to twenty easily.

Unfortunately that was not enough to get in the top two spots for group d and Ghana secured second place on goal difference!

Guess what? AS Adema defeated Stade Olymique L'Emyrne (SOE) 149-0 in 2002. SOE starting scoring heaps of own goals because a couple of bad refereeing decisions. SOE scored every 40 seconds! Now that's legendary.

Switzerland has beat Spain 1 - 0! This is a major blow to Spain as they are one of the worlds best with players like Torres, Xabi, Xavi, Villa, Pique, Iniesta, Silva and others!


The starting line-up was also great but Torres wasn't put on the field until later in the game.
Although Spain had possession of the ball most of the time, they were off focus for 10 seconds and a goal by Gelson Fernandez came after a Eren Derdiyok (switzerland attacker) span out of control and kicked the ball forward accidentally. Fernandez pounced and managed to kick the ball into the back of the net! Spain were injured (Gerard Pique had a hit to his head and was bleeding) and down a goal.

Six Pack in Three Days

This guide will show you how to get a six pack in 3 days!


What you need:
(Eat day 1 and day 2)
Food packed with protein such as chicken, cheese burgers, steak, fish, eggs, beans, nuts and seeds. (Constantly eat these foods every 2 hours) + your regular meal.


Day 1 (Muscle): Do these exercises in these videos every hour for at least 6 hours. (These are convenient as you can do them basically anywhere they have couches)

Day 2 (Fitness): Do set 1 five times with a two minute break in between. Do this twice in a day.

Day 3: (Stretches) You should do all these static stretches shown on Warm Ups at least 4 times. (Your muscles will hurt a little and you will get a good nights rest. Rest for at least 3 days and you can do this again. Do this 3 times and you will guaranteed to get a six pack for a long time or improve your muscle mass)
