Six Pack in Three Days
This guide will show you how to get a six pack in 3 days!What you need:
(Eat day 1 and day 2)
Food packed with protein such as chicken, cheese burgers, steak, fish, eggs, beans, nuts and seeds. (Constantly eat these foods every 2 hours) + your regular meal.
Day 1 (Muscle): Do these exercises in these videos every hour for at least 6 hours. (These are convenient as you can do them basically anywhere they have couches)

Day 2 (Fitness): Do set 1 five times with a two minute break in between. Do this twice in a day.

Day 3: (Stretches) You should do all these static stretches shown on Warm Ups at least 4 times. (Your muscles will hurt a little and you will get a good nights rest. Rest for at least 3 days and you can do this again. Do this 3 times and you will guaranteed to get a six pack for a long time or improve your muscle mass)
