You health is vital when it comes to playing sport, especially when you are playing football needing to move into a better position or when you are running down the field. - Sleep Well (Get at least 9 hours of sleep every night)
- Eat Well
- Practise your fitness

A. Stitches are just like mini muscle cramps. They happen because of Lactic Acid building up in your muscles and cramping them up. You can relieve stitches by holding your arms above your head to get more oxygen into the body.
