There are so many warm ups that you can do. This is the first stage of your training to become a better football player. This page will show you warms ups you can do before training and warm ups you can do before the game.

The first set of warm ups you can do before training:
- 60 Sec Slow Running
- 60 Sec Fast Running
- 6 Squats
- 60 Sec Skipping
- 6 Lunges
- 60 Sec Running Backwards
- 6 Side Lunges (Basically lunges but to the side, still facing forward)
- 60 Sec Running with Big Strides
- 6 Emu Walks (Players stand on one leg, lean forward and touch the ground, push back up and take a step forwarwd)
- 6 Soldier Walks (Basically walking but keeping the legs straight at all times
- Hamstring stretch / quad stretch
- Groin stretch
The second set of warm ups you can do before training:
- 6 Squats
- Grapevine 1 min, Sideways 1 min
- 6 Lunges
- 6 split squats (Basically a lunge but lower and holding it in the position)
- 6 emu walks
- 6 Soldier Walks
- Hamstring stretch/ quad stretch
- Groin stretch
- 50 metre sprint
Warm ups you can do before a game:
- Sit on the ground, holding the ball. Throw it up high, get up quick and catch it before it lands.
- Juggle 20 times
- Sprint 50 metres
- Make sure you have a drink of water
